Synopsis for the Veterinary Massage & Rehabilitation Therapy:
The Veterinary Massage and Rehabilitation Therapy program is a 138hrs state approved certification program for licensed veterinary professionals (veterinarians and LVT / CVT / RVT’s) and licensed / registered massage therapists (LMT, CMT) and physical therapists (LPT). It is divided into 4 modules, each module being three and a half (3 ½) days long. The scheduled hours for classes are: Th / Fri / Sat 8 am - 12 noon, 1 - 5 pm, Sunday 8am-12pm.
This program will emphasize skeletal and muscular anatomy, in depth discussion of rehabilitation modalities and exercises. Each module will have about 12 -15 hrs of hands-on.
This program is open to all licensed veterinary professionals, licensed massage therapists & physical therapists.
